Terms of Use

These rules govern access to and use of RondaGG to ensure a safe, recreational, community-focused, and transparent environment for all participants.

1. Acceptance and Minimum Age

By accessing or using RondaGG, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the platform. To participate you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your country for digital services). Minors must have the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Recreational Nature & No Gambling Exclusion

RondaGG is exclusively a recreational and social entertainment tool among communities and friends.

  • Not a casino or betting house: RondaGG does not organize, operate, intermediate, or promote games of chance, real-money raffles, lotteries, paid sweepstakes, or bets of any kind.
  • No real money: Cards are not sold for real money, nor is it permitted to wager monetary funds, cryptocurrencies, or assets. The platform never awards cash prizes or monetary equivalents.
  • Twitch channel points and room passes: Twitch channel points are free digital items provided by Twitch that possess zero commercial or monetary value in the real world. Their use in RondaGG is strictly recreational or for playful unlock mechanics, and under no circumstances constitute a bet, investment, or lottery ticket.
  • Voluntary contributions: Any donation made to support the project is 100% voluntary, independent of the games, and confers no competitive advantage, guaranteed cards, or altered winning probabilities.

3. Rooms, Organizers, and Hosts

The user or streamer who creates a room acts as an independent host and organizer of their match, being solely responsible for configuring access options, moderating players, and defining community dynamics.

If a creator voluntarily chooses to award any recognition, symbolic prize, or giveaway on their own to winners in their community, that activity is solely their personal responsibility. RondaGG does not hold, sponsor, guarantee, or distribute third-party prizes, and is exempt from any claims arising from private agreements between creators and their communities.

4. Accounts, Usernames, and Community Guidelines

  • In free rooms, you must choose a respectful nickname that does not infringe on third-party rights or impersonate others.
  • In Twitch rooms, you authorize the reading of your public profile necessary to validate participation under the rules configured by the host.
  • It is strictly forbidden to use obscene, defamatory, hate-inciting, or dignity-violating names.

5. Permitted Use & Prohibition of Invalid Traffic

The use of RondaGG must comply with the law, good faith, and public decency. In particular, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using bots, scripts, emulators, or automated systems to play, create rooms, or overload servers.
  • Attempting to compromise security, alter number roulette randomness, or intercept WebSocket connections.
  • Ad fraud and invalid traffic: Generating artificial clicks or impressions on website advertisements, using automated click tools, participating in traffic exchange networks, or incentivizing third parties to fraudulently interact with ads.
  • Harassing, threatening, or harming the experience of other players.

RondaGG reserves the right to kick or permanently block any user or room that violates these guidelines or attempts to compromise service stability.

6. Third-Party Advertising, Consent & External Links

If RondaGG enables advertising, it may be managed by authorized third-party providers, including Google AdSense. The Privacy Policy will identify the active providers and controls. Users understand that:

  • Interaction with advertisements displayed on the site is strictly free and voluntary.
  • RondaGG will never request, reward, or incentivize ad clicks or impressions.
  • Products, brands, or services advertised belong to third parties independent of RondaGG; RondaGG assumes no liability regarding commercial offers from advertisers.
  • Where required by law, consent choices will be shown before non-essential advertising technologies are used.
  • Twitch, Cloudflare, and PayPal services operate under their own contractual terms and conditions.

7. Availability and Updates

RondaGG is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. As a continuously evolving project, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update features, game modes, or visual elements when appropriate for service development.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RondaGG and its developers shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of game data, network disconnections, third-party service outages (such as Twitch API or CDN downtime), or disputes between hosts and participants.

9. Applicable Law and Contact

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection regulations applicable in the user's country of residence.
